The main goal of our development department is the development of a technically feasible concept that is to find a technical solution and prepare the complete technical documentation. All functional requirements of the product in terms of quality, cost and schedule management must be met as well.

THE PRODUCT ORIGINATION PROCESS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
  • Analysis of technical requirements and standards
  • Preparation of a technically feasible concept
  • Analysis of possible failures and their effects (D/S/P-FMEA)
  • 3D CAD construction of the products
  • Numerical evaluations (FEM, tolerance analyses, injection molding simulations)
  • Internal/external confirmation of the concept
  • Internal/external approval for the construction of the product
  • Clearing the manufacture process of the production equipment
  • Preparing the technical documentation
  • Verifying the first parts produced with a tool
  • Product and process qualification
  • Estimation of the customers / Run & Rate / PPAP / approval of the process by the customer

The goal of the product origination process is to provide our customers with final products with the required quality and quantity, ensuring their satisfaction.
