In-house Tool room

Siliko’s tool room has been in operation since the company first started operating, and holds a key role in the development and growth of the company.

The main field of operation is the construction, manufacture and repair of tools for elastomer and thermoplastic injection molding.

Just like the manufacture of technical products, the tool room operates in compliance with the ISO standard requirements as well.

Within the framework of the tool room, we also operate the so-called “Technicum”, a department dedicated to tool testing and optimization.

TEHNICUM
  • The Technicum is a department with representative injection molding machines (rubber, plastic, LSR) of different sizes, charged with the preliminary testing of all tools from our tool room and the quick production of prototypes.
  • It provides a high degree of flexibility and rapid adaptability to the customer’s demands during the actual development phase.
  • By conducting our preliminary tool testing and producing prototypes in the Technicum, our regular mass production is not disturbed.
  • The production of prototypes and small series production are also possible as required.
